David Loshelder is the founder and owner of 3LG Solutions, LLC.  He brings a unique blend of business experiences that provides a fresh look at how people work together.  He works with Founders and CEO's of companies that earn between $1 - 10 million to help those companies drive sustainable change initiatives boost team synergy and build stronger healthier team cultures. 

Dave is also the author of two books: Take Care of #1 So You Don't Step In #2 and Protect Yourself: Top 10 Lifesaving Self-Defense Techniques. He received his B.A. from Pennsylvania State University and M.S. at Duquesne University.
